It's on my bucket list to see these beautiful lights - and though I'm sure these photos do not do the spectre justice, they are still very beautiful.

Dear Rebecca Black, you are INFAMOUS, not famous. There's a difference, accept it. Get it straight.

I want to make love to this tumblr.
I'm obsessed with Old Hollywood Glamour and pictures and photography are the loves of my life, so this tumblr = WINNING.
& in my heart you'll A L W A Y S stay, Forever Young ♥
This is the song that Mom dedicated to Sam at her grad party, and as soon as I heard it I secretly wished that Lace and Jen would've used this song at MY grad party instead of I Hope You Dance. Don't get me wrong, I Hope You Dance IS a b e a u t i f u l song with a b e a u t i f u l message, but it is SO ubiquitous, & I just LOVE something about this song. I can't put my fingers on it. I don't know if it's the lyrics, the melody, Rod Stewarts voice, or what, but I am just in love.

BEAUTIFUL Wedding Dresses!
Unless you've been living under a rock, you know about the recent Anthony Weiner scandal. In my opinion they've been beating that story like a dead horse, but recently I saw a picture of Anthony and his wife on their wedding day, and I couldn't help but fall in LOVE with his wife's wedding dress.
I've also fallen in love with America Ferrera's wedding dress from her role in "Our Family Wedding." The Monique Lhuillier dress was named "Lucia" after America's character in the movie.
& Lastly, Ivanka Trump's wedding dress. LOVE the buttons on the back!

Future Bedroom Furniture.
I'm kind of OBSESSED with Etsy, and it's kind of a problem. I love how everything is handmade, and therefore unique and rare. Anyways, my exciting find this week is some Customized French Provinvcial "Gone Hollywood" Bedroom Furniture that I am head over heels in LOVE with.
Too bad I won't have a REAL apartment and/or the money/need to buy furniture for at least 2 years :(

Antebellum Houses.
I love houses with charcater, especially if that character has some kind of Southern influence. When I head South I will definitely be visiting these houses from the film The Notebook, which are all located in South Carolina. I'm in love with Old Southern Charm ♥ - Actually, I'm just in love with the South in general.
The Nursing Home where Noah reads to Allie
AKA Black River Plantation
Georgetown County, South Carolina
" Allie's " House with the Blue Shutters
AKA Martin’s Point Plantation
Wadmalaw Island, South Carolina
Allie's Summer Home
AKA Boone Hall Plantation,
Right outside of Charleston
I'm a sucker for a "mile-long tree-lined driveway," they make me melt a little inside.

The Royal Wedding.
Being
1. the TOTAL Girly Girl that I am
2. as obsessed with wedding dressings and weddings in general as I am
3. a girl who would LOVE to be a wedding planner
I, of course, am intrigued with the Royal Wedding. I am REALLY disappointed that I wasn't able to catch Prince Charles and Diana's wedding tonight on TLC tonight because I was young when it happened and have never seen it, and I wanted to be able to compare it to Kate and William's to it, and I wanted to just be able to experience the extravagance in general. Unfortunately, I missed the full ceremony, but I did see clips from it afterwards and COULD NOT miss Diana's beautiful diamond tiara. (I unfortunately could not find any pictures that look like how I saw it on TV, or else I would've posted one :[)
Since last Sunday's dreadful news we have seen, throughout Britain and around the world, an overwhelming expression of sadness at Diana's death.
We have all been trying in our different ways to cope. It is not easy to express a sense of loss, since the initial shock is often succeeded by a mixture of other feelings: disbelief, incomprehension, anger -- and concern for those who remain.
We have all felt those emotions in these last few days. So what I say to you now, as your queen and as a grandmother, I say from my heart.
First, I want to pay tribute to Diana myself. She was an exceptional and gifted human being. In good times and bad, she never lost her capacity to smile and laugh, nor to inspire others with her warmth and kindness.
I admired and respected her -- for her energy and commitment to others, and especially for her devotion to her two boys.
This week at Balmoral, we have all been trying to help William and Harry come to terms with the devastating loss that they and the rest of us have suffered.
No one who knew Diana will ever forget her. Millions of others who never met her, but felt they knew her, will remember her.
I for one believe that there are lessons to be drawn from her life and from the extraordinary and moving reaction to her death.
I share in your determination to cherish hermemory .
This is also an opportunity for me, on behalf of my family, and especially Prince Charles and William and Harry, to thank all of you who have broughtflowers , sent messages, and paid your respects in so many ways to a remarkable person.
These acts of kindness have been a huge source of help and comfort.
Our thoughts are also with Diana's family and the families of those who died with her. I know that they too have drawn strength from what has happened since last weekend, as they seek to heal their sorrow and then to face the future without a loved one.
I hope that tomorrow we can all, wherever we are, join in expressing our grief at Diana's loss, and gratitude for her all-too-short life.
It is a chance to show to the whole world the British nation united in grief and respect.
I can only hope that someone will be able to say such things about me at my funeral.

One of the most famous pictures from the wedding.
LOOK at that TRAIN!
They also showed footage from Diana's funeral, in order to show its stark contrast to her wedding. Diana was an inspiring person, and a great humanitarian, and Queen Elizabeth the 2nd had these words to say about her: Since last Sunday's dreadful news we have seen, throughout Britain and around the world, an overwhelming expression of sadness at Diana's death.

Titanic Trailer.
Though I've seen the movie itself many times, I've never seen the Titanic trailer before because I was very young when the movie came out.
I'm in love, SUCH a great trailer.

Frolicking on the Green.
Horse Races have always enchated me, especially after I attended Point to Point a few years back. Being the animal lover that I am, I of course love the horses, but the real thing that seems to enrapture me about these events is more the essence of them - the gathering of high society, the simplisitc joy of a (hopefully) sunny day on the green, the lightheartedness and rarity of such a carefree social event , and the fashion, oh, the f a s h i o n ! Dresses are a staple in my wardrobe, so I of course love oogling over all of the lovely (sun)dresses, but the things that really capture my eye and keep my attention are the hats. I cannot WAIT to (hopefully) attend the Carolina Cup when I am (hopefully) living in the South next year so that I have an excuse to buy/make a gorgeous hat! ♥
And then there's Rose's hat in the Titanic. Though this hat IS pretty, and, as previously stated, I AM a bow freak, I still think I want something different (and something not as dramatic).
Hugh Hefner & The Girls Next Door attend the Kentucky Derby.
Though I have NO idea who in their RIGHT mind would want to date Hugh Hefner, and I think their behavior on national TV is absolutely despicable (both different topics), I did admire two of "The Girl Next Door's" (AKA Bridget Marquardt and Holly Madison's) hats when they attended the Kentucky Derby. Bridget's is pretty, but I admire Holly's hat quite alot more, as she went a la Coco Chanel and made it herself, & because I l o v e "My Little Pony" (I'll always be a child at ♥).
With that said, I also like classic elegance.
These shots of Audrey Hepburn from My Fair Lady display a very dramatic hat, and though I do love drama, I think a hat of this magnitude is a bit too dramatic to wear in public for my personal taste/confidence level.
Audrey Hepburn A la Breakfast at Tiffany's? Now this definitely seems better ..........but this is too plain for my taste. And then there's Rose's hat in the Titanic. Random thoughts.
I found a Tumblr that I LOVE, check it out!
I'll always love you
I also found a photo blog that I LOVE, check IT out!
Lilyblue.
I'm an old soul. My heart belongs somewhere in the 20's - 50's. No wonder I fell in love with the fashion I saw in two great movies set in this time period:
The pink cocktail dress - I couldn't find one good picture of it head on so I posted several from different angles.
And, of course, the infamous Little Black Dress ♥
I'll add more to this later.
